Enquiry handling

Enquiries are sent through the website mail system to the configured company mailbox. The theme does not save enquiry content to the WordPress database. Your email and hosting providers may retain messages and logs under their policies.

Browser preferences and spam protection

To limit repeated form submissions, the server temporarily stores a salted hash of the connecting IP address and an attempt counter for up to ten minutes after an attempt. A keyed fingerprint of each enquiry is also used to prevent duplicate sending within ten minutes. This fingerprint does not contain the enquiry text and is scheduled for deletion after that period; cleanup may be delayed until the website runs its scheduled tasks.
